Coaching as a developmental process involves making sense of past and present experience through observation, curiosity and reflection.

Coaching is exploratory and encourages leaders to reconnect with their values and purpose, to examine their assumptions and beliefs, and identify how these might be getting in the way of creative leadership and action. It enables and supports leaders to step out of their comfort zones to experiment with different ways of being and knowing, and to come to know themselves better. 

Our coaching services are adaptable and can be integrated into broader leadership development programs. They serve as a means to identify and address development needs, facilitating a shift in mindset and culture within the organisation.

We offer individual, group or team coaching, which can be conducted in-person, online, or a combination of both. Well-designed group coaching programs not only provide valuable support to participants but also contribute to the development of a ‘coaching culture’ within the organisation.

Our coaching approach acknowledges every person or group is different so we don't follow a formulaic approach. We partner our life skills with formal qualifications and process accreditations to be there for our clients in a way that works for them and their needs. We provide supervision and sense making support for our coaches.

We coach or have coached clients in organisations such as Swisse, Western Health, AIS, Rugby Australia, Energy Australia, Melbourne Theatre Company and Red Cross New Zealand.
