Jayne Jennings

Jayne Jennings

Jayne says about her approach to leadership development:

“My work focuses on developing conscious leadership - enabling leaders to expand their capacity to think, feel and act in more complex and adaptive ways. I support leaders to challenge their underlying assumptions and beliefs in order to develop the capacity to see different perspectives, expand their compassion and grow their transformational skills.  I am particularly passionate about working with women so they can be seen, heard and understood as they take up leadership roles in new and different ways. Development is ongoing and I am conscious of continuing to explore and nurture my own development, so I can be fully present for others as they face into a climate of increasing uncertainty and complexity”.

Jayne has more than 30 years experience in HR and L&D roles in both the public and private sector. At Melbourne Business School Executive Education, she was a member of the Leadership Team with overall responsibility for the design and delivery of world class management and leadership development initiatives. Jayne has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Applied Science (Organisational Dynamics).

Jil Toovey

Jil Toovey

Jil says about her approach to leadership development:

“I design and facilitate programs that enable transformational change at a personal and a group level. In my experience becoming more conscious of what drives our behaviours and understand where we go under pressure enables more effective leadership. How individuals carrying a significant organisational role might be better equipped in lead complexity and make better decisions and choices is a key focus for me. Becoming more conscious of what drives behaviours and choices and understanding where we go under pressure enables more effective leadership. Working in this field requires an ongoing focus on my own growth belief, which is that there is no end to how we might develop as human beings and grow our capability as leaders at work, and at home”.

Jil has more than 35 years’ experience with a career anchored in academic, corporate and government sectors balanced by a constant interest in emerging ideas, research and innovative methodologies that all enable transformational leadership development. Jil has a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Education, a Graduate Diploma of Training & Development, and is accredited through the Psychodrama Institute of Melbourne.
