Senior leadership development

You may already be in a senior leadership position and needing to take yourself and your career to the next level. We work with people to identify and understand their leadership assets and potential growth opportunities within the environment/context in which they are working. Read more. 

Leadership fundamentals

At ARTEM we have developed a number of largely skill-based modules to be conducted either online or in person with groups of up to 20 participants at a time. Each module has duration of 2 – 3 hours and involve knowledge development and peer consulting and can be standalone or delivered as a package. Read more.

Coaching

ARTEM’S coaching programs are different to others. We coach at depth, helping individuals surface beliefs and assumptions that might be both serving and limiting professionals in both leadership and life more broadly.
