We firmly believe, organisational development commences with work at the executive level. Without a high functioning executive team in place, the work of the organisation is going to be challenged by conflicting behaviours and mindsets and eventually this will become evident from the outside looking in – straining your client relations.

For sustainable shifts, our focus is to develop executive leadership at three levels – individual, team and systemic. Underpinned by adult development theory, our work is supported by 360-degree feedback to uncover behaviours that correlate to leadership effectiveness and business performance and assumptions or beliefs that might get in the way.

Leadership or Executive team development is not possible without a sustained and thoughtful approach.  At Artem Group, in order to achieve impact, we engage with an upfront discovery process to establish the developmental needs at the individual, team and organisational level.  

For example, if trust is under question or the presenting concern in a team, we will explore what this looks like in your organisation and importantly, what might be getting in the way of high trust becoming part of the fabric of what you do.

Once we know more about your organisation and your people, we can then design a process to focus on developing the specific needs identified given your specific organisational context and team aspirations.
