Coaching can enable leaders to be more thoughtful and consciously access what might be getting in their way of being the best they can be as well as better understand their personal assets. 

We work with our coachees to acknowledge how their behaviour or mindset may have developed over time and the impact this might now be having on their performance. 

Our coachees are encouraged to define tangible and achievable shifts to meet their developmental goals. Individual and group coaching often form part of a larger leadership development program as they can identify and explore participants’ development needs and facilitate a shift in mindset and culture.

Coaching services are flexibly delivered either face to face or online (or a combination of both) for clients against developmental needs.  We offer coaching to individual leaders (1:1), executive and leadership teams and coaching programs that incorporate both 1:1 coaching and team coaching which can have additional impact and support the development of a ‘coaching culture’ in organisations.

We have coached clients in organisations such as REA Group, Western Health, AIS, Rugby Australia, Victorian Planning Authority, Melbourne Fashion Festival and Synlait.
