MY ART

I am passionate about developing leaders and organisations with integrity.  My work empowers people to lead with purpose, facilitates higher performing team dynamics and creates healthier organisations. True change is only possible when we deeply understand our mindset, values and beliefs, these areas being central to my practice.  

I draw from a broad range of theory and methods such as adult development, complexity, integral theories and systems psychodynamic approaches.  My own learning is ever evolving; I regularly develop myself to ensure I stay at the forefront of contemporary leadership and team development.

MY PRACTICE

I specialise in leadership development (both horizontal and vertical), executive team development, personal change and transformation, and system dynamics.  I enjoy team and one to one executive coaching, action learning, process facilitation, co-facilitation and working with group dynamics.  I love designing and delivering developmental interventions for organisations and systems that have a significant impact.

MY SCIENCE

My work supporting leaders and organisations spans multiple sectors including High Performance Sport, Health, Professional Services, Arts, Technology and For Purpose organisations. Current clients include Tennis Australia and Synlait.

Previously I was a Principal Consultant at Melbourne Business School (MBS).  In this role I partnered with organisations to design and lead large customised executive education programs, including Accenture Australia, the Australian Institute of Sport and St John New Zealand.  I was the Program Director for two intensive 5 day programs targeting senior leaders; Leading for Strategic Success and Leading Transformational Change. 

I have a Masters of Applied Science in Organisation Dynamics (RMIT, Melbourne) and a Bachelor of Education (ECU, Perth).  I am accredited in a range of developmental tools including The Leadership Circle, the Organization Workshop (Power and Systems) and The Leadership Maturity Profile.   In 2019 I completed the Hoffman Process and subsequently continue to work with the Diamond Logos Teachings.

I returned to Australia in 2007 after 11 years in London, where I co-established and led an executive search and organisational consultancy.  Prior to this start up, I worked as a senior manager in large multi-national organisations in a variety of roles.  Outside of work I love spending meaningful time with friends and family, the arts, great food and time in the natural environment.  I am always seeking new ways to develop myself and learn more about leadership, transformation and how we all might contribute to a healthier planet.
